4-Channel VU Meter + Volume Potentiometer
A short clip showing the 4-channel VU meter wired after an ALPS rotary volume potentiometer. As the knob turns, the VU needles react to the changing signal level — a classic analog-preamp look. The VU meter's firmware applies proper VU ballistics, so even with rapidly changing program material the needles stay readable. Wiring is straightforward: connect the wiper of each pot channel to the corresponding VU input.
